Supporting Stefanowski

-

I support Bob Stefanowski for governor because he is our last, reasonable hope for turning Connecticut back to a path of stability, prosperity and fairness. Today we have huge deficits. Higher taxes driving away one and all. Cuts to essential services. Weak public transportation. Jobs are fewer and the economy is smaller than before the recession of a decade ago. The sad list goes on. With Bob as governor, we will get common sense, measured solutions to our collective challenges — not “Malloy 2.0,” which is the alternative. We know where that has led us.

Bob Stefanowski understands finance, a crucial issue for Connecticut. He understands turning around troubled operations. He knows how to create value. And he knows the tax burden that all the women and men of Connecticut are laboring under.

But more than that, Bob is a product of Connecticut’s public schools, hailing from a middle class family from New Haven. He knows the value families place on educating their kids, and will work hard to see those kids get the quality education they need to prosper. Bob is also a family man with three young daughters, and shares the worries all parents have not only about their schooling, but their fundamental health and well-being, too.

For the sake of ourselves, our families and our neighbors, vote for Bob Stefanowski for governor.
