Stam­ford po­lice say they are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the sus­pi­cious death of a 36-year-old woman. On Tues­day, a po­lice car was parked out­side the South­wood Square apart­ment build­ing of Hector Col­lazo-Lopez, 42, who has been charged with with­hold­ing med­i­cal treat­ment to the vic­tim.
