TICKETS ON SALE

The Stamford Old Timers will hold their 76th annual dinner on Monday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. at the Stamford Italian Center at 1620 Newfield Avenue in Stamford.

Proceeds help fund scholarships that are given each year to needy and deserving Local Scholar Athletes and provides sponsorship to area sports teams.

This year’s local honorees include Joe Carcusa, Rich Conetta, Dennis Eveleigh, Ronne Garber, Joe Tassitano and Mike Verses. The National honoree will be Stamford native Gary Vitti, the head athletic trainer of the Los Angeles Lakers for 32 years.
