The most important issue in this election: The over arching theme driving many decisions is to maintain and build our profle as a great town. We need to have continued appeal to our citizens, and be an attractive to prospective residents. That drives decisions about controlling spending and reducing taxes, train service, education, parking, cell service, and safety.
Other issues: Experience is key. New Canaan needs someone with indepth knowledge of town, including close working relationships with town o;cials, and the ability to set priorities and execute on decisions. I have raised my family her and served for many years. I’m proud of the accomplishments of my first term.
