Deborah “Debbie” Pellettier­e, 67, of Stamford, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 26, 2021. Deborah was born on October 31st, 1953, in Plainfield, NJ, to the late Nicholas & Adelaide Penebre. Her family later resided in Port Chester, New York.

After graduating high school, Deborah went on to work as a phone operator for New York Bell Telephone company. A few years later, Deborah met her husband Angelo and after 7 years together they were married on July 18th, 1981. After having 2 children, Deborah then went on to work as an administra­tive assistant for various companies.

In addition to her husband, Angelo, Debbie’s memory will live on with her daughter, Anna Tucker (Jason), grandson Jacob; her son, David Pellettier­e; stepchildr­en Gina Parham (James) & Steven Pellettier­e, sisters Patricia Cristiano, Katherine Penebre, Denise (Doug) McClain & Alice (Mark) Agovino, step-grand and great grand children, as well as many in-laws, 24 nieces & nephews, 27 great nieces & nephews and friends.

She will be remembered for her selflessne­ss, witty sense of humor, love for animals, her silly phrases and how much she enjoyed a good laugh. Nothing brought her more happiness than being in the company of her family. Deborah made everyone feel like a part of her family and she treated her children’s friends as if they were her own. She was loved for this and considered a second mom by many.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was predecease­d by her brother, Joseph Penebre.

A Memorial Service celebratin­g Debbie’s joyous life will be held at a future date. We miss you mom and will carry you in our hearts until we are together again.
