Scene… Greenwich residents Judge Judy Sheindlin and Judge Jerry Sheindlin were seen having lunch outside at Le Penguin on Lewis Street in Greenwich on Sunday. The dynamic duo was also seen having dinner at Polpo Restaurant in Greenwich last week.

Out there… Christ Church Greenwich on East Putnam Avenue is honoring the Greenwich Police Department’s 125 anniversar­y with a discussion with Greenwich Police Chief James Heavy. The event, which takes place at the 10 a.m. worship service, will honor first responders with a GPD Color Guard and Bagpipe Procession. Scene… Cos Cob resident Gary Cella and his wife Dr. Christina Del Pin were seen dining at Polpo Restaurant last week with journalist and Fox Business Network panelist Charlie Gasparino and his wife Virginia. Spotted at the bar were New York attorney Al Pirro, former husband of Rye, N.Y. resident and Fox News host Jeanine Pirro.

Out there… Greenwich Library’s Friends Children’s Series will feature an in-person performanc­e of Jack’s Adventure in Space by national profession­al touring company, Bright Star Theatre, on Saturday, Oct. 2. Performanc­es take place at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and aspiring actors of all ages are invited to an “Exploring Space Drama Workshop” at noon. Space is limited and masks required. Scene… Over 200 guests attended The 2nd Annual Champion A Champion Golf Classic, Subway Series 21st Anniversar­y last week at Tamarack Country Club in Greenwich. The event featuring a round of golf and dinner with celebritie­s including former New York Yankees All-Star Hideki Matsui, former Yankees manager Joe Torre, former New York Mets manager and Stamford mayoral candidate Bobby Valentine and GCI Global President and Founder Yumi Kuwana. The money raised at the golf classic goes to the Matsui 55 Baseball Foundation and the Global Citizens Initiative (GCI).

Scene… Actors Adria Arjona and Americares board members Tony Goldwyn and his wife Jane Musky will co-host the 2021 Americares Airlift Benefit on Saturday, Oct. 2. Actress Jennifer Aniston will serve as honorary co-chair at the event. The longtime supporter recently donated proceeds from the firstever “Friends” merchandis­e collection to the Americares Airlift Benefit. Also chairing the event are Americares Board Member Roberta Conroy and her husband James Conroy, Deirdre Dunn and Walter Weil, Alexa and Ward Horton and Joy and Dr. Eric Weintz.

The virtual benefit will stream live from Americares 55,000-square-foot Global Distributi­on Center in Stamford taking supporters on a virtual journey to see the organizati­on’s work in Colombia, Ghana, Honduras, the Philippine­s and the United States, as well as meet families overcoming the challenges of disaster, climate change, poverty and inequity. Americares supports more than 4,000 health centers worldwide with transforma­tive health projects and donations of medicine, improving the health of millions of people in need every year. The special one-hour virtual event will debut on americares.org/Airlift202­1, Americares Facebook Page and Americares YouTube Channel at 8 p.m.

Out there… Stamford Downtown Wednesday Nite Live will feature famed ’70’s band Jefferson Starship in concert on Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. in Mill River Park. Tickets are free but patrons must have proof of a COVID vaccine or a negative test within 72 hours of entry. Gates open at 6 p.m. Preferred Seating tickets for the concert are available for purchase for $25 in advance.

Heads up… Adopt-ADog’s Puttin’ on the Dog takes place Sunday, Sept. 26, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich.
