Scene… TikTok star and comedian Samantha Ramsdell, who broke a Guinness World Record for being the woman with the largest mouth, was seen dining at MIKU Sushi Bar and Restaurant on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich this week and took photos with the restaurant’s staff members. The Stamford resident ate items from the restaurant’s nonprofit partnershi­p menu and the catch of the day flown over from the famous Tokyo fish market. Ramsdell hosts the Weird & Proud podcast, travels the country trying the biggest menu items at restaurant­s, and hosts a variety style comedy tour where she includes her singing talents.

Out there… The Historical Society’s first Tavern Garden Market of the season takes place at its Cos Cob campus on Strickland Road on Wednesday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature locally sourced farm-to-table organic produce, farm-fresh eggs, baked goods, flowers and distinctiv­e one-of-a-kind gifts, fashion accessorie­s, vintage jewelry, crafts and environmen­tally sourced beauty products. The market will continue on alternatin­g Wednesdays through Nov. 2, rain or shine. Scene… Lifestyle guru and Katonah, N.Y. resident Martha Stewart was seen dining with a female friend at Le Penguin Bistro on Lewis Street in Greenwich on Thursday evening.

Out there… After a two-year hiatus, Kids In Crisis’ annual fundraiser gala, Backcountr­y Safari, will take place Friday, May 6 at the Greenwich Audubon Center on Riversvill­e Road from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Greenwich mom and broadcaste­r Jodi Applegate and Denis LaPolice will serve as emcees at the event, which will feature dining and partying under the great tent. Dominick Miciotta and Jason Smith are the event co-chairs. All proceeds raised will help fund the award-winning shelter, counseling and community-based programs provided by Kids In Crisis.
