Bethenny Frankel’s flipped house features ‘glam room’

GREENWICH — TV personalit­y and business mogul Bethenny Frankel has put her Greenwich house on the market after doing some renovation­s. Frankel, who recently bought the house at 40 Pecksland Dr. last year, a spokespers­on confirmed, has listed the house for $3,375,000 — a $125,000 increase from its last listing price.

According to the listing, updates to the five-bedroom, five-bathroom house include an upgraded kitchen, a mud room, new lighting, a “glam room” and a new boiler and hot water heater. The home has also been converted to use gas. It is listed with Centric Property Group, Inc.

“The flow of the house has been transforme­d and re-balanced to produce a refined yet casual experience,” the listing describes.

Frankel, a former star on “The Real Housewives of New York City” and founder of the brand Skinnygirl as well as the disaster relief fund BSTRONG, is no stranger to the real estate business; she also starred in the Bravo show about real estate called “Bethenny & Fredrik” and has owned multiple properties.

She is starring in the upcoming HBO Max show, “The Big Shot,” a competitio­n show in which contestant­s vie for the chance to work with her.
