Ethel M. Rose, 95, of Winter Park, FL, wife of the late Albert W. Bishop and the late Charles W. Rose, died on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at her Winter Park home. Mrs. Rose was born in Hackettsto­wn, NJ, the daughter of the late Alvin and Ethel Maude Fairbank Campbell. She attended New Jersey schools. Mrs. Rose was a bookkeeper of the former Rose Pharmacy of Stamford. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Rose is survived by her sons, Peter W. Rose and his partner Toby Blackwell of Brooklyn Heights, NY, David A. Rose and his wife Liz of Ridgefield, stepson Christophe­r and Adele Bishop, stepdaught­ers, Gene Bishop and Melissa Bishop, a sister in law Eve Campbell, grandchild­ren, Jessica and Tylore Jones, Joshua and Jenny Gagnier and William and Sarah Rose, five greatgrand­children and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rose was predecease­d in addition to her parents and husbands, by a daughter Susan Elizabeth Rose Gagnier, a sister Helen Campbell and by two brothers, Richard Campbell and Ted Campbell. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 2 p.m. in the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield. Interment will follow in Ridgebury Cemetery, Ridgefield. The family will receive friends in the Kane Funeral Home on Wednesday after 1 p.m.
