Dolores M. Bello of Melbourne, Florida and previously of Oaklawn Avenue Stamford, CT passed away on March 7, 2022. Dee was born on September 15, 1942. The daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Czupka, Dee is survived by her cousin Theresa Greco of Stamford, CT. Dee was a graduate of Stamford High School. Dee worked as an office manager for many years at Giovanni’s Country Market in Stamford, CT until her retirement in 2005. Upon retirement, Dee moved to Melbourne, FL where she experience­d the sun and warmth of the weather she loved. She enjoyed relaxing by her pool, reading a good book and having friends visit. Dee had an easy-going manner and was well-liked by everyone who had the pleasure to know her. She had many friends who knew they could turn to her if help was needed. Her kind, caring, loving nature will be missed by many. Dee was an avid gardener and loved orchids. She was noted for her beautiful gardens which she enjoyed designing and planting.

Dee was a true animal lover. What gave her most joy, was adopting the many homeless animals over the years. She was passionate about giving them all a safe, loving home. Animals loved her calm, nurturing way. They sensed what a good person she was. She also loved pet sitting for friends and neighbors in her retirement years. Her fur babies were the closest thing to her heart, especially her dog Spencer. They were her family, and she loved all of them dearly. Dee was a big supporter of the Brevard Humane Society.

A Mass for Dee will be said on September 17th at 8:00am at St. Bridget’s Church, Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford, CT.
