HERE’S about to be a new prince at Kensington Palace, and Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan can’t wait to meet him! Royal insiders’ suspicions that the Duchess of Sussex was pregnant were confirmed recently when Prince Charles was spotted going home with two blue teddy bears — clearly a welcome gift for his new grandson! “Charles looked so happy, like he was obviously celebrating something,” an eyewitness gushes. “Watching Harry become a father himself will be a very proud moment for Charles.”
TNEW BABY, NEW SCHEDULE Harry and Meghan have been open about wanting kids, and the lovebirds admitted last year in their post-engagement BBC interview that they wanted to start a family “in the near future.” Once they’d tied the knot in May, it was only a matter of time — and a palace insider reports that “they started trying right after the wedding.” Now that Meghan, 37, is expecting, the couple has made arrangements to accommodate her pregnancy. They were both scheduled to go to Fiji in late October as part of their royal tour to New Zealand and Australia, but a local Fiji tour guide spilled to New Idea magazine that “Meghan’s not coming now. Only Harry,” since Meghan could be at risk of contracting Zika in the South Pacific islands. But while Harry, 34, is away from his baby mama, he can be assured she’ll be well cared for! Not only has Meghan hired a $50 million maternity team to craft chic looks, she’s also booked an on-call masseuse. And Queen Elizabeth is pitching in too! “The palace is giving Meghan a nutritionist and trainer, as well as a family doctor on standby, and a private chef for any cravings she may have.”
A FAMILY AFFAIR Of course, the parents-to-be will lean heavily on Duchess Kate and Prince William — who are experts thanks to their three tots, George, 5, Charlotte, 3, and Louis, 6 months. Sources say Harry’s close bond with little George, in particular, has made him excited at the thought of having his own son. “Harry can’t wait to become a dad and he’s already got a name picked out,” an insider reveals. “Truly, everyone will be thrilled. This is something Harry and Meghan have both dreamed of.”
