Foy is swapping The Crown for a Glock! Taking over for Rooney Mara, Foy takes on the role of hacker punk Lisbeth Salander, who sets her sights on avenging women abused by men — just not her own sister. This reboot is far more high-octane than author Steig Larsson’s heroine — she’s more like an invincible, tattooed James Bond than a complex, wounded antihero. But edgy, action-packed sequences and vigilante justice does make for a satisfying — if not literarily authentic — two hours, perfect for the #MeToo era.
