By now he must know exactly what she wants.”

HEAD OVER HEELS The duo, who’ve kept their relationship hush-hush since hooking up in 2016, have been fastforwarding things of late. “It’s no secret they’ve been living together at Joe’s London apartment, and they’ve been quietly looking for a larger place to move into,” the pal spills. Taylor introduced Joe, who’s currently starring in The Favourite, to her family in June and has become “super close” with his mom and two brothers. “She’s never fallen for anyone like this. Unlike a lot of her exes, Joe doesn’t seem interested in the limelight. He’d much rather slip away to a quiet pub than walk the red carpet with her on his arm.” Taylor, who turned 29 on Dec. 13, “has never been in a better place, so it’s the perfect time for her to walk down the aisle,” says the source. “If Joe doesn’t pop the question on her birthday or on Christmas, it could happen on New Year’s Eve. That would really start 2019 off with a bang!”
