After all, these days she can use all the emotional support she can get! For years, Angie’s Girl, Interrupted costar, who turns 47 this month, remained an Outsider. But that was until Jared had a stroke of genius that forced him to pick up the phone, a source spills. “Jared reached out to Angie a few weeks ago about a movie he’s cowriting, which he’d like her to star in, and the pair started spending time together — initially as friends, but things turned romantic after Angie realized she had strong feelings,” gushes the insider. With the 43-year-old’s six children — Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10 — caught in the crosshairs of her ugly split, Angie’s been plagued with stress, according to pals, and leaning on Jared as her “rock.” “Jared’s been supporting her emotionally, and she says it’s because of him that she’s not broken down,” says the source. “Jared’s practically moved into Angie’s house, and he’s been staying there on and off for the last couple of months.” As for the kids, “They just think he’s a good friend,” adds the tipster. “Angie doesn’t want to put anything else on their plates, but she’s hoping that as soon as the divorce is finalized, they can go public with their relationship.”
