NOTHING is private anymore. At least that’s the case for Hilaria Baldwin, who took her followers on a very intimate journey that began on April 4, when she shared that she and husband Alec were “likely experiencing a miscarriage,” and ended on April 9, when she confirmed the unborn child had no heartbeat. But putting their personal tragedy in the spotlight has created a definite divide among fans, with some saying she’s just seeking attention. “Why do you need to be half naked telling this story?” one Instagram user asked, in response to the photo she posted in her underwear. “If all anyone is looking for is agreement with their post, this is a problem. Get over the idea that because

you married into celebrity you have some special knowledge of what’s appropriate.” Though the yoga instructor, 35, “finds it cathartic to share her struggles,” a source tells Star, “a lot of people — and not just strangers — think she’s gone way overboard.” Charting the entire week leading up to her loss — including multiple Instagram posts, an interview on Today and a peek into her final doctor visit, in which she said, “Wish me luck” — has even troubled her husband, 61. “Alec supports Hilaria and will never criticize her publicly, but privately he worries about her being vulnerable to these attacks,” says an insider. “If he had his way, he’d cope with this privately. But she’s her own person, and nobody tells her what to do — not even Alec.”
