Jennifer Aniston: Ditched Again!

NOW THAT REESE IS A MOM, THE GALS HAVE GROWN APART — MUCH TO JEN’S SURPRISE.

-

The Friends alum has been sidelined by Reese Witherspoon, who has her sights set on a new BFF.

REUNITED, and it feels... not so good? Nearly two decades after Reese Witherspoon played Jennifer Aniston’s little sis on Friends, the A-list ladies are struggling to revive their old costarring chemistry on their upcoming TV series, The Morning Show. Why? because Reese has found the onset connection she craves — with fellow mom Kerry Washington, her costar and coexecutive producer on the TV adaptation of bestselling novel Little Fires Everywhere.

“Reese and Kerry have so much in common — they’re both these type-A, supermom personalities juggling 25 things at once,” says Star’s insider, adding that Reese, 43, and Jen, 50, “have always been pals, but in working together it became clear that they really had nothing in common. All Jen brings to the table is yoga and

weekend getaways, and Reese is so over it.” Reese feels she can’t talk to Jen about navigating Hollywood as a mom (to Ava, 19, Deacon, 15, and Tennessee,

6), whereas Kerry, 42, who has two young children plus a stepdaughter, “totally gets it,” says a source. Though Reese makes a show of Southern politeness, she’s been less than subtle about phasing Jen out of her circle. “Jen only recently realized she’s been cut out, and she’s furious,” claims the source. “It’s not her fault she doesn’t have the ‘mom experience’ you apparently need to be friends with Reese. Right now they’re just trying to get through making the show.”
