MORE DIVORCE SHOCKERS!

A-LIST ATTORNEYS TELL THE CRAZIEST THINGS THEY’VE SEEN

-

SPOUSAL ALLOWANCES

Goldie Schon says she’s had clients include in their prenup an allowance for their partner, with an understanding that it will be cut off if the partner goes over the spending limit. Sometimes, she adds, “it’ll say, ‘If you spend more than your allowance, we’re getting divorced.’ ”

WEIGHT LIMIT

“Lose the baby weight, fast — or else!” Lawyer-to-the-stars Laura Wasser says she was once asked to add that stipulation to a prenup for a client who wanted his wife to shape up quickly after giving birth. (For the record: She said no!)

24/7 CHAPERONES

What’s a jilted ex-wife to do when she doesn’t trust her former husband with their kids? Have divorce papers state that he can’t travel without the nanny! “I’ve seen cases where the father has to have a nanny with him and the kids at all times,” says Schon.

NO FILTER

Celeb attorney Neal Hersh has said he often gets way too much info from his high-profile clients. “People just say, ‘He likes women’s clothes,’ like it’s nothing. One guy was talking to me about the size of his genitalia.”

TRACKING DEVICES

Schon’s worked with clients who demand their ex agree to having tracker devices on their phones or cars. “If they turn it off, they’ll be penalized, and it’s a reason to go back to court and try to take the kids away,” she reveals.

CHEATING CLAUSES

With so much temptation in Hollywood, stars aren’t taking any risks, Schon explains, sometimes putting clauses in their prenups with very specific rules: “It’ll say, ‘You can only go out with your friends a certain number of times each month,’ or ‘You’re not allowed to look other men straight in the eye.’ ”
