It’s been a year since their courthouse nuptials, but Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are finally heading down the aisle — and this time, they’re going all-out.

“Justin and Hailey see marriage as a lifelong commitment and something they’ll only do once, so they want to make it a day to remember,” an insider reveals to Star. “Justin is going out of his way to make Hailey feel like a princess and is splashing out $2 million to give his wife her dream wedding.” The big day, set to be held in South

Carolina in September, has already been deemed the wedding of the year, complete with a five-course meal and expensive champagne to help guests — including Sofia Richie, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Scooter Braun, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian — toast the lovebirds. While the singer, 25, is mostly letting the model, 22, organize the nuptials, he has some surprises up his sleeve too: Not only will Scooter, his mentor and manager, read a speech, but Justin “plans to read a love note he wrote about how Hailey changed his life and made him a better person.” There’s one important wedding detail that’s a priority for the couple. “Hailey and Justin are both strong believers in faith and God, so there will definitely be a religious element,” says the source. Until then, the lovebirds are eagerly counting down the days until they exchange vows in front of their friends and family. “They’ve overcome their issues and Justin’s in a much better place,” adds a friend. “The timing’s perfect.”
