TAKE THEIR TOLL

THE FULL HOUSE ALUM IS STARTING TO CRACK UNDER THE PRESSURE OF HER COLLEGE TUITION COURT CASE — AND IT’S BEGINNING TO SHOW.

She could go to jail for more than 20 years. That’s the possible sentence actress Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are facing if they’re found guilty in the college admissions scandal. In April, the couple pled not guilty to paying $500,000 in bribes to help get their two daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, into the University of Southern California. The stress is certainly taking its toll. When the pair showed up for a Boston hearing on Aug. 27, the

actress looked “incredibly somber,” says a source. “Lori has told friends this drama has aged her and ruined her family life.” At her first court date, the ex Fuller House star signed autographs, but now she realizes the gravity of her situation. “Lori regrets not taking the plea deal that was initially offered to her at the beginning of this nightmare,” the source notes. Felicity Huffman pled guilty, which could result in four months of jail time (she’ll be sentenced on Sept. 13). But “after rejecting the deal,” in which she would’ve had to serve 18 months, “Lori was indicted on additional charges [including conspiracy to commit mail fraud and money laundering],” explains the source, “and she realized this was a very, very big deal.”

Lori and Mossimo “have been arguing about legal strategy,” adds the source. “Prosecutors will be calling [the daughters], which is what Lori has been stressed about. The girls want to help their parents, but can’t lie. It’s just a terrible position for the girls to be in.”

?? ?? STRESSED AND SOMBER “Lori was told to dress modestly for all of her court appearances,” a source tells Star. “She’s terrified she’ll be going to prison for a very, very long time.”
