Phil Collins is making sure his Still Not Dead Yet Live! Tour lives up to its name. The frail 68-year-old set off alarm bells when he took a nasty spill on stage during a Sept. 29 concert at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C., falling backward in his chair while watching his son, Nicolas, play a drum solo. Multiple back surgeries and a fractured foot “have left him basically crippled,” a source says of the singer, who was forced to postpone concerts in 2017 after he slipped in his hotel room and reportedly needed stitches in his head. “He has a hard time standing and has to use a walking stick, and it’s a struggle just to get him from his wheelchair into the car.” Still, the “One More Night” crooner believes the show must go on. “This tour has been physically punishing, and Phil is working himself into the ground, but he doesn’t want to let his fans down,” the insider spills. “If he finishes this tour, it’ll be a miracle!”★
