JOSH GOES TO TRIAL

-

Hammer that gavel! Back in April, Josh Duggar was charged with two counts of possessing and receiving child pornography allegedly via a dark web browser invisible to his wife’s spyware.

Now his case will finally hit the court Nov. 30. The disgraced 19 Kids and Counting alum, who denies the charges, appeared at a pre-trial conference in Arkansas Nov. 18, with his wife, Anna, who recently gave birth to their seventh child, in tow. Among the topics of discussion were potential witnesses, with prosecutors reportedly proposing putting the 33-year-old’s father, Jim Bob

Duggar, on the stand. That could be awkward for the 56-year-old, currently running for a seat in the Arkansas senate. As revealed in a TV special, Jim Bob knew his eldest son had molested at least two of his sisters when he was a teen, which will no doubt come up in court. (In an earlier win for Josh, a judge granted his request to bar his admission of porn addiction from being used against him.) Looks like the patriarch will come out fighting. On his campaign website, Jim Bob blasted “cancel culture,” adding, “They say because our family has faced problems, we should shrink away.” Tell that to the judge. ★
