From the Palace to the Pour House

London, March 15

Lovely day for a Guinness!

Prince Charles proved he isn’t too posh to pull a pint during a visit to the Irish Cultural Centre. The future king of England hopped behind the bar and poured himself a proper dry stout while touring the facility with Duchess Camilla ahead of St. Patrick’s Day.

Charles isn’t much of a beer drinker, though. According to reports, the royal, 73, actually prefers whiskey — a 15-year-old Laphroaig Single Malt, to be exact. Camilla, 74, on the other hand, is known to enjoy a glass of vino. “I was brought up as a child drinking wine and water,” she’s said.
