Miranda and ex-husband Blake Shelton didn’t exactly part on friendly terms when their five-year marriage ended in 2015. But an insider says they’ve since mended fences and Blake (who wed Gwen Stefani in July) even reached out when he heard the pregnancy news through mutual friends. “Blake’s known for a while that Miranda wanted to start a family with Brendan and he’s always wanted that for her too,” says the insider. “He sent her a sweet note of congratulations. They don’t have much reason to keep in touch these days, but Blake’s a nice guy and wants Miranda to know he’s happy for her.”
