ICC softball to host clinic
FULTON – The Itawamba Community College softball team will host its annual winter hitting clinic on Saturday, January 20 inside the ICC softball indoor facility.
The first session of the clinic will be from 9:30 a.m. until noon with the second session starting at 1 p.m. and concluding at 3:30 p.m. Each session will cost $30 and is limited to the first 30 campers registered.
The clinic will provide instruction in all aspects of hitting, bunting, and slapping. Instruction will include teaching fundamental aspects of the hitting stroke, hitting from machines, and live pitching situations. Player are encouraged to bring their own bat, helmet, and batting gloves.
