Macon man accused of crashing into wife's SUV
A Macon man is accused of aggravated domestic violence after Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Deputies made the arrest early Wednesday evening.
Investigator Lt. Brett Watson said 55-year-old Dwayne Mobley struck his wife's SUV while she was inside, with the SUV he was operating.
Watson said investigators are currently looking at what led up to the act, but the victim didn't suffer any injuries.
Watson said the incident started out in the county, and eventually moved into the city where Starkville Police Department initially encountered the two. He said SPD then contacted Sheriff's investigators when they took over the case.
Mobley was arraigned in Oktibbeha Justice Court on Wednesday, where his bond was set at $10,000. Mobley has since been released from the Oktibbeha County Jail.
