In terms of Fleming's criminal past, his most recent run-in with the law came last year when he was indicted by an Oktibbeha County grand jury in June for the sale of less than 2 grams of methamphetamine.

He was not convicted of the charge, however, with an order of Nolle Prosse entered after the state could not meet its burden of proof on the evidence against Fleming.
