Matt Laubhan and will learn about the basically of thunderstorm development, the fundamentals of storm structure, identifying potential severe weather features, how to report information

and basic severe weather safety.

The class will be held at the Oktibbeha County EMA office in downtown Starkville at 106 W. Main Street.
