Elizabeth Smith Dunn, 92, passed away on March 6, 2023 at the Carrington Nursing Center in Starkville, MS.

She was a retired inventory Clerk for Garan Manufactur­ing and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She loved sewing/smocking. She greatly loved her grandchild­ren and great grandchild­ren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wilson Dunn; parents, Zellie L. Smith and Mary Emma Ashmore Smith; son, Buddy Dunn; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Barbara Dunn Rogers (Russ) of Starkville, MS, Sylvia Dunn Box of Sturgis, MS, and Beverly Dunn Phillips (Bill) of Sturgis, MS; daughter-in-law, Judy Dunn Arruza ( Javier) of Sturgis, MS; sister, Mary Odom; 9 grandchild­ren, 17 great grandchild­ren, and 2 greatgreat grandchild­ren; and numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation is scheduled Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Sturgis, MS, with the service immediatel­y following. Burial will be in Wake Forest Cemetery. Rev. Mike Sanders will conduct the service.

Curtis graduated from Maben High School, played basketball at East Mississipp­i Community College, and attended Mississipp­i State University. Most of his life's work was at the Borden (Eagle Family Foods) plant in Starkville, MS, until its closure. He retired from Mississipp­i State University. In addition to being a loyal worker, he will be known for his love of gardening, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfathe­r, brother, and friend.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Howard Fulgham, Sr., and Ruth Stafford Fulgham.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Judy Freeman Fulgham of 36 years; daughters, Amber Fulgham Mckenzie (Dewayne) of Brandon, MS and Kasey Fulgham

Read (Jake) of Charleston, SC.; son, Bryan Fulgham of Brandon, MS; sisters, Martha Fulgham Mcminn (Ronny) of Maben, MS and Lorene Fulgham Cox (Bobby) of Maben, MS; brother, Howard Fulgham, Jr. (Paula) of Ash Flat, AR; granddaugh­ter, Chloe Fulgham and grandsons, Wyatt Mckenzie, Waylon Mckenzie, and Myers Read.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Center Grove Baptist Church in Maben, Mississipp­i, with the memorial service at 3:00 pm.
