Blueberry Peace Farm holds ribbon cutting
Blueberry Peace Farm of Starkville held their official ribbon cutting on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Located at 10580 Hwy 82 Starkville, Blueberry Peace Farm is a new wedding and event venue that features 8,500 square feet of a fully heated and air-conditioned reception barn, a bridal cottage, groom's suite, ceremony lawn with string lights and outdoor seating, covered back porch with outdoor furniture and lawn area, a gaming room, prep kitchen, and more. The venue offers an open vendor policy and private use of the venue for 15 hours for your event. Prices per day vary.
Owner Benita Brown along with family, friends, and members of The Greater Starkville Development Partnership celebrated the opening of the venue.
Brown commented on the opening of the venue and how it was a plan that had been many years in the works.
“This venue is a dream come true,” said Brown.
In addition to the many features that the venue provides, Brown noted that more additions were in store and that this was just the beginning of what The Farm would be adding to their rotation.
“We are just enjoying every bit of it,” said Brown. “This is just the beginning, and we hope that you guys will come back because we have a lot in store for Starkville. We know exactly how the wedding field goes. We keep up with the latest trends, and try to provide everything that a bride would need…we want to cut down on some of the stress for someone's bride. “The chapel is also being put up as we speak.”
