Dave Camp joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Leadership Team

Realtor with nearly two decades of experience in marketing and selling real estate in metropolitan Chicago and since February 2011 with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff Realty Group.

In just three short years he achieved the regional award of No. 1 Individual Sales Professional at his national firm. To better serve his growing customer base in 2002, Camp founded The Chicago Real Estate Group, a boutique-style sales team within the brokerage firm. His team has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers find the ideal home or investment.

Camp has also worked closely with developers, architects and designers to bring to market over 25 new construction and re-development projects. Years later, with over 500 transactions and hundreds of millions in sales, The Chicago Real Estate Group is widely recognized as the experts of choice who serve their clients and industry with the utmost standards and integrity.

Camp believes in the successes of a collaborative team environment and was privileged to serve as managing broker for Keller Williams Realty Chicago Properties. He was responsible for all aspects of finance and profitability as well as recruiting and retaining the top real estate professionals in the Chicago marketplace. His success came through training and coaching his agents to be leaders in the industry and experts in the local real estate market.

By implementing various productivity and coaching initiatives, Camp’s office achieved both increased sales professional production and office profitability during one of the most challenging periods in the real estate history.

After years as a vacationer and real estate investor in Florida, Camp is excited to now call South Florida home and is thrilled to be part of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty in Delray Beach.

He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Illinois as well as a licensed real estate sales professional in Michigan.
