Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate welcomes new agents to its Deerfield Beach office

recently joined Campbell & Rosemurgy’s Deerfield Beach office, 1233 E. Hillsboro Blvd., as a newly licensed Realtor. Experienced in working in commercial real estate in New York City, Fujii sold two apartment buildings to developers there, and for almost the past 15 years has been working in advertising and marketing.
“I think real estate in Florida is a great investment,” Fujii says. “My move here almost four years ago proved that, and has also helped me to create a more enjoyable and healthier lifestyle.”
Fujii says her experience in marketing and sales over the years, together with her “can do” attitude, will work to her advantage in the real estate market here. She will specialize in residential real estate initially, hoping to eventually expand into commercial and investment properties.
“Two Realtor friends at Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate spoke highly of the company so it was an easy decision to join,” she says. Most of her family still lives in New York, where her daughter works in television production. Fujii enjoys tennis, biking, swimming and sailing.
Linda Goldsmith also recently joined Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate’s Deerfield Beach office. She grew up in Spring Valley, New York, and earned a B.A. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan. Goldsmith moved to Florida in 1993 and has lived in Margate, Delray Beach, and Pompano Beach; 10 years ago she settled in Deerfield Beach.
Currently she is the board president at Waterways Villas in addition to chairing their committee. Her hobbies include her dog, Sammy; going to the beach and watching movies. She has worked in the dental field for the past 25 years and is excited about starting her real estate career.
