What sep­a­rates you from other Real­tors?

Know­ing the in­ven­tory and know­ing where we have been and where we are headed. We have formed one of the most suc­cess­ful real es­tate teams in South Florida and have just been cho­sen as one of the 100 Most In­flu­en­tial Real Es­tate Agents by Real Es­tate Ex­cel­lence Mag­a­zine. We lo­cated the best tal­ent in the in­dus­try and brought those peo­ple to­gether. We have a great team at­mos­phere and help each other suc­ceed. From ded­i­cated mar­ket­ing per­son­nel to administrative sup­port, our clients are cov­ered from start to fin­ish.

We have a great team dy­namic where we work to­gether to ac­com­plish our clients’ real es­tate goals. We put a big em­pha­sis on mar­ket­ing and mak­ing sure that each one of our list­ings gets top ex­po­sure. Whether it’s print ad­ver­tis­ing, so­cial me­dia or ad­ver­tis­ing on our web­site, we pro­mote our list­ings ex­ten­sively.

What ad­vice do you have for buy­ers?

To­day’s buy­ers have ac­cess to a wealth of in­for­ma­tion on­line. One might even say that there is so much in­for­ma­tion that it is over­whelm­ing. As sea­soned pro­fes­sion­als, we help weed through all the bad data to help sup­ply the buy­ers with per­ti­nent, ac­cu­rate data to help them make the right de­ci­sion.

What ad­vice do you have for sell­ers?

There are new Real­tors en­ter­ing the mar­ket ev­ery­day. It is cru­cial for a seller to make sure that they list their home with some­one with ex­pe­ri­ence and a net­work of buy­ers. Your home is prob­a­bly one of your big­gest as­sets, make sure you list with some­one who re­ally knows what they are do­ing and who has a proven track record.

Are you in­volved in any char­i­ta­ble or­ga­ni­za­tions?

We strongly be­lieve in giv­ing back to the com­mu­nity and us­ing what we can to cre­ate a bet­ter com­mu­nity. We spend most of our non-work­ing hours ei­ther with our grand­chil­dren or at one of the fol­low­ing or­ga­ni­za­tions: Sorop­ti­mist of Pom­pano Beach, Rotary Club of Pom­pano Beach, Rotary Fund Board, John Knox Vil­lage of Florida, City of Light­house Point Marine Ad­vi­sory Board, Fort Laud­erdale May­ors Prayer Break­fast Board Mem­ber, Dea­con at Co­ral Ridge Pres­by­te­rian Church.

What’s one thing peo­ple would be sur­prised to know about you?
