What made you get into real es­tate?

It’s a field where I’m re­spon­si­ble for my own re­sults and I was work­ing as a tax ac­coun­tant and saw how in­vestors were flip­ping prop­er­ties. I had helped some­one fix up their prop­erty up North as a kid and thought I could help more in­vestors.

What sep­a­rates you from other Real­tors?

Through sales train­ing and ne­go­ti­a­tion ex­pe­ri­ence, my clients get a bet­ter trans­ac­tion.

Which neigh­bor­hoods/ar­eas are your spe­cial­ties?

Pom­pano Beach, Light­house Point, Deer­field Beach and East Fort Laud­erdale. How­ever, I’ve sold prop­erty from Riviera Beach to Hal­lan­dale, and from We­ston to Park­land.

Per­sis­tent, de­ter­mined, fo­cused

What ad­vice do you have for buy­ers?

Have your fi­nanc­ing in place FIRST and use vi­sion of what cos­metic changes you can make to a prop­erty. Of­ten you need to make a de­ci­sion and it’ll pay off. You are in com­pe­ti­tion with other buy­ers.

What ad­vice do you have for sell­ers?

Res­i­den­tial real es­tate sell­ing is a busi­ness trans­ac­tion, and us­ing a full-time trained sales­per­son will make the process more ef­fi­cient and prof­itable.

What pro­fes­sional ac­com­plish­ment makes you the most proud?

Dur­ing one month at the bot­tom of the real es­tate re­ces­sion, I was in the Top 10 in closed sales in the en­tire state of Florida at my for­mer bro­ker­age, a na­tion­wide fran­chise.

What’s one thing peo­ple would be sur­prised to know about you?

I hand out at least 500 busi­ness cards ev­ery month and have vis­ited over 20 coun­tries.
