Brightman tour set for Hard Rock
Three-octave soprano Sarah Brightman will bring the tour supporting her new album, “Hymn,” Feb. 20 to the Hard Rock Event Center at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood.
Reserved-seat tickets for the Hymn: Sarah Brightman in Concert tour will cost $159, $109 and $84 and go on sale 10 a.m. today at MyHRL.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, including Ticketmaster.com, and by calling 800745-3000.
A series of presales began Monday via Brightman’s fan club, which you can find at SarahBrightman.com. Fans also can access tickets through the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
Every pair of tickets purchased online includes a copy of “Hymn.” A collection of orchest rated, choir- based songs, “Hymn” was recorded during the past two years, with sessions in Miami, Hamburg, London, Vancouver, Los Angeles, New York and Budapest. It is set for release Nov. 9.
The album reunites Brightman with longtime producer and collaborator Frank Peterson, a pairing that has yielded the albums “Dive,” “Fly,” “Timeless ( Time To Say Goodbye),” “Eden,” “La Luna,” “Harem,” “Symphony” and “A Winter Symphony.”
