Starlight Children’s Foundation will host its annual “Hats & Handbags, A Classic English Afternoon Tea presented by Rick Case Automotive Group” on May 6 beginning at 1 p.m. at the Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa located in Hallandale Beach.
