Funding Arts Broward
Funding Arts Broward (FAB!) recently announced 25 grants awarded this year to a diverse representation of arts and cultural organizations in the county. The grants, totaling $195,300, were presented at FAB!’s annual event at Tower Club.
“We are proud to be able to make this ongoing monetary commitment to help maintain a wide variety of arts in Broward County,” said Elaine Blattner, recently elected FAB! president. “Our mission is to enrich Broward County’s arts community by funding high-quality, Broward-based visual and performing art programming.”
The 2015 recipient organizations include Arts and Culture Center of Hollywood; ArtServe; Association of Performing Arts of India; Brazilian Voices; Broward Performing Arts Foundation; Chameleon Musician; City Theatre, Coral Springs Museum of Art; Dinginn; Fantasy Theatre Factory; Florida Youth Orchestra; Florida’s Singing Sons; Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theatre; Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida; Girls’ Club Foundation; Gold Coast Jazz Society; Inside Out Theatre Co.; Miami City Ballet; NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale; Old Dillard Foundation; Seraphic Fire; South Florida Symphony Orchestra; Symphony of the Americas; and The Girl Choir of South Florida; and Young at Art Museum.
