Get ready for a night of chills and thrills as Sig­na­ture Grand is trans­formed into a 100,000-square-foot haunted man­sion. The 15th an­nual “Grand Ghoul” will take place Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. For­mer Mi­ami Dol­phin O.J. McDuffie will em­cee the adult Hal­loween party. Dur­ing the spook­tac­u­lar evening, par­ty­go­ers in Hal­loween cos­tumes will dance the night away. There will be a cos­tume con­test where judges will se­lect guests through­out the evening based on cre­ativ­ity, fear fac­tor and orig­i­nal­ity. Fi­nal­ists will then be brought up on stage for an over­all crowd vote. Guests will also have the chance to mix and mingle with NFL alumni, lo­cal celebri­ties and other South Florida no­ta­bles. The evening will also in­clude an open bar, buf­fet din­ner with themed food sta­tions and silent auc­tion items. VIP guests will have ac­cess to spe­cial treats, drinks and hair-rais­ing sur­prises. “Grand Ghoul” will ben­e­fit 2-1-1 Broward. The 24-hour com­pre­hen­sive helpline and sup­port ser­vices or­ga­ni­za­tion is avail­able to in­di­vid­u­als and fam­i­lies in the com­mu­nity who seek cri­sis in­ter­ven­tion as­sis­tance.
