CBRE gets two leasing assignments
The CBRE firm says it has been hired to lease two neighborhood shopping centers in Broward County.
CBRE’s Lisa Ferrazza and Nicole Fontaine will represent Cypress Creek Station, 6201-6531 N. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, and Maplewood Plaza, 1146-1200 N. University Drive in Coral Springs.
Among the tenants at the 229,034-square-foot Cypress Creek Station: Regal Cinemas, Office Depot, L.A. Fitness, Champps Americana, Longhorn Steakhouse and Five Guys. Maplewood Plaza tenants include T.J. Maxx, Party City and Discovery Clothing Co.
Weston distribution lease signed
CBRE said it handled the lease for a 230,000-square-foot “Class A” distribution building in Weston.
Gold Coast Freightways leased the facility from Clarion Partners.
“The tenant initially occupied half of the building and will now take over the entire space,” CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin said in a statement. “The facility offered many of the features Gold Coast Freightways was seeking and allowed a deal to be structured in a way to maximize the value for all parties.”
