Applebee’s remodels, reopens in Boynton

An Applebee’s restaurant reopened in Boynton Beach after closing for a few days for remodeling.

The renovated restaurant at 1570 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. unveiled a community-themed environmen­t that celebrates schools, nonprofits and first responders in the Boynton Beach area. Among the groups featured with photos and other décor on the walls are Boynton Beach Community High School, Park Vista High School, Palm Beach State College and the Boynton Beach Police Department.

Shops, restaurant open in downtown Jupiter

Shopping, dining and entertainm­ent complex Harboursid­e Place in downtown Jupiter has four new businesses in its lineup.

Now open are boutiques Glitzy Girl and A Pink Princess. Glitzy Girl offers designer jewelry and accessorie­s, including statement necklaces, earrings and handbags. A Pink Princess carries apparel, jewelry, dolls, toys and accessorie­s for girls.

Harboursid­e Place is also home to Coffee Culture Café & Eatery, serving artisan coffee and pastries in a quaint, European ambience.

Coming up: Calaveras Cantina, a Mexican food and cocktails restaurant slated to open at the end of April.
