Getting good deals for Marlins games

It’s getting more costly for families to see a Miami Marlins game. Remember the previous “4 for $54” special? This season, there’s the “Pepsi 4 for $74 Pack.”
Offered for every Sunday home game, the promotion provides four tickets in the Bullpen Reserved section, four beef hot dogs and four sodas.
Alternatively, $84 gets you seats in the Lexus Legends or Baseline Reserved sections. According to Marlins.com, “The tickets will be available online in advance and at Marlins Park Ticket Office on game day.”
For most Tuesday night games, another promotion makes Lexus Legends Platinum tickets $21 apiece, starting with the New York Mets game on April 28. That’s about half price. Last I looked online, those seats appear to normally run $38 to $45, depending on the opponent.
On certain Wednesday nights, Lexus Legends Level tickets are discounted to $18 and Home Plate Box C seats drop to $28 if you show up at the ticket window on game day with a receipt from Chevron proving you bought at least 8 gallons of gasoline from a participating station.
And a separate Wednesday promotion lets kids eat free. What that entails: Children 12 and younger will get a voucher at the ballpark entrance entitling them to a free beef hot dog, a bag of chips and a small water or Pepsi. It’s good for all seating categories. How- ever, the kids-eat-free offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, according to Marlins.com, which rules out the Chevron deal.
