Expect court to rule for ‘traditional’ marriage

I have no trouble trusting Hillary Clinton, believing that she is true to her values. Though not agreeing with all those values, I see mitigating factors helping to keep Clinton on track.

First, Bernie Sanders’ views can be a “burr” during the campaign, keeping her tuned in to the American people.

Secondly, the Supreme Court decision on marriage is about to initiate a major shift in America. Clinton and all who believe in samesex marriage will, if the court rules according to the spirit and letter of the Constitution — and I believe they will — have a major re-alignment made to their mind-set.

The court’s affirmation of traditional marriage will shift America back toward the reasonable, common-sense mode of our Founding Fathers, out of the skewed, “anything goes” perspective where this belief has taken them.
