School never ends

I am very frustrated with the structure of our school system as our children are no longer attending school to learn, but attending only to learn how to perform on tests that evaluate teachers.

The grueling, useless school year agenda has ended for this year, yet the homework has not. It appears our state has continued the school year into our children’s summer and their vacations with a summer homework agenda.

It is time to let our kids be kids and grow up accordingly.
