This Las Vegas-based international chain has brought its sweet decadence to the first Florida location in the former Bice Ristorante in the Hotel Victor.

“We thought the beach would be the perfect place for families looking for approachable, fun dining and a place for great parties . . . with our endless amount of candy and incredible over-the-top desserts,” says owner Charissa Davidovici. “Latin dishes, including paella and new ice cream flavors, like dulce de leche, will be unique to the Ocean Drive loca- tion.”

Best-sellers include chicken paillard ($22), fried goat cheese over arugula and endive ($15), chocolate cookie jar milkshake ($10), S’mores crêpe ($14) and World famous Sugar Factory King Kong Sundae with 24 scoops crowned with lollipops and sparklers ($99 for 12 people). Lollipop Passion leads the 60-ounce goblet cocktails ($36), while Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan is a front-runner among other libations ($14-$38).

Three meals are served each day in a French brasserie-style room and on two patios, along with a coffee-and-ice cream shop and candy shop with 500 varieties.
