A year after an astounding chic renovation by new owners, this 30-year-old landmark oasis on the Intracoastal Waterway has introduced its first seasonal menu.

Four new cocktails ($10-$12) include sake mango sangria and watermelon mint cooler.

For lunch and weekend brunch, Apple brie chicken is prepared on tandoori bread ($14). Chicken fettuccini ($23) and Tamarind barbecue churrasco ($28) are offered at lunch and dinner. Cashewcrusted curry mahi ($25) and Argentine- style rib eye with chimichurri ($32) are dinner exclusives. Making the full sweep are arugula watermelon salad ($16), Caprese flatbread ($13), Crab-shrimp tower ($19) and Parmesan-crusted salmon ($25).

“The theme I had in mind when creating the new menu was bold, crisp, clean, yet simple flavors that resonate through each dish,” says executive chef Rolando Centonzio.

New pastry chef Vanesa Beltran has added remarkable desserts ($9-$12), such as an eye-popping popsicle duo and cherry pie.

“My inspiration for the summer was to conjure up memories that bring you back to favorite childhood memories,” Beltran says.
