The Dodgers and Japanese RHP Kenta Maeda agreed to a deal, according to reports. Maeda, 27, a two-time winner of the Sawamura Award, which is given to Japan’s top pitcher, was posted by the Hiroshima Carp on Dec. 4. The Dodgers must pay Hiroshima a $20 million fee. Terms of Maeda’s deal weren’t available.
