Aconstruction manager said a partially installed Kohler toilet seat and two kitchen cabinets were stolen from an unsecured house under construction.
Someone stole a new stainless steel electric range from the nearly finished unoccupied unit. Workers from different trades have access to the interior because the generic access code to the lock on the front door is not changed until the unit is sold.

The victim said a female subject drove off with the gas pump handle still in the vehicle. The video revealed the victim was possibly driving a Saab convertible. The female put the handle at the bottom of pump two and then left.
