VanMorriso­n will release his 37th studio album on Sept. 22 in conjunctio­n with a handful ofU.S. concert dates this fall. The Irish singer-songwriter pays homage to American blues music on “Roll With the Punches,” a 15-track collection blending Morrison originals with songs associated with several of his musical heroes. “Froma very early age, I connected with the blues,” the 71-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member said in a statement.
