How to score $10 ‘Hamilton’ tickets

If West Palm Beach is anything like the rest of the country, the hot ticket of the theater season will be “Hamilton,” the Broadway phenomenon that will play the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts Jan 28-Feb. 16.

But it was announced Tuesday that a few lucky fans can get tickets to the Tony Award-magnet musical for $10.

According to Kravis.org, tickets are going for $67.50-$407.50 with few seats remaining.

Here’s what you need to know:

■ The digital lottery starts at 11 a.m. on Jan. 26, at 11 a.m.

■ You must be 18 or older to enter.

■ After that, lotteries will be held two days before each performanc­e.

■ There will be 40 tickets sold at the $10 discounted price for every performanc­e.

■ You can enter the lottery through the “Hamilton” app, which works on all iOS and Android devices and is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Go to HamiltonMu­sical.com/app.

■ You can also go to HamiltonMu­sical.com/lottery to register for the lottery, starting on Jan. 26.

■ Registrati­on opens at 11 a.m. two days before the show date and closes at 9 a.m. the day before the performanc­e.

■ You can buy up to two of the discounted tickets and only one entry per person

will be allowed.

■ If you are selected in the lottery, you must buy the tickets with a credit card by 4 p.m. the day before the performanc­e using the link and code sent to you via email.

■ You can pick up your lottery tickets starting two hours prior to curtain and you must have a valid photo ID.
