Big victory boosts Bills
1. Chiefs 8-1 (1): The Chiefs enter theirweek off, and no one is better coming out of a week off than Andy Reid, who’s 18-3 in the regular season. 2. Steelers 8-0 (2): Ben Roethlisberger has to be a shoo-in for comeback player of the year. 3. Saints 6-2 (4): The Saints went from winning cliffhangers to pummeling the Bucs. 4. Bills 7-2 (9): When is the last time the Bills had a meaningful nonconference win in November like their 44-34 victory over the Seahawks? 5. Packers 6-2 (7): Davante Adams was a one-man wrecking crew against the 49ers. Time will tell if the Packers should have added more firepower on the outside. 6. Ravens 6-2 (6): Lamar Jackson had a better game passing, completing 19 of 23 attempts for 170 yards in a 24-10 win over the Colts. 7. Seahawks 6-2 (3): The Seahawks have to find away to play a little more ball-control offense.
8. Titans 6-2 (10): New corner Desmond King didn’t practice after arriving in a trade and stepped in right away, returning a fumble for a TD in a win over the Bears.
9. Buccaneers 6-3 (5): The Bucs were humiliated by the Saints.
10. Dolphins5-3(12): TuaTagovailoa is the first rookie QB in franchise history to win his first two starts in consecutiveweeks.
11. Rams5-3 (13): Itwas a greatweek off for the Rams as all three of theirNFCWest rivals lost.
12. Cardinals 5-3 (8): It has been one step forwardand one step back for the Cardinals.
13. Colts 5-3 (11): The offense is having a tough time when encountering good defenses, and that was the case vs. the Ravens.
14. Raiders 5-3 (14): Isaiah Johnson, a fourth-round pick in 2019, broke up two passes in the end zone in the final 10 seconds to help the Raiders top the Chargers. 15. Browns 5-3 (16): First-year coach Kevin Stefanski has the Browns in uncharted territory — in the playoff mix— at the midpoint of the season.
16. Vikings 3-5 (22): Dalvin Cook has come back from a minor injury in a major way to lead the NFL in rushing despite missing a game.
17. Bears 5-4 (15): Three straight losses to the Rams, Saints and Titans isn’t as concerning as a season-long struggle for the offense.
18. Eagles 3-4-1 (18): The Eagles come out of their week off with players finally starting to heal up and what looks like a commanding lead in theNFC East. 19. Falcons 3-6 (21): The Falcons head into theirweek off havingwon three of four.
20. Panthers 3-6 (23): The return of Christian McCaffrey sparked the Panthers as they put a scare in the Chiefs in a 33-31 loss. But McCaffrey now has a shoulder injury and he’s day to day.
21.49ers 4-5 (17): Jimmy Garoppolo could bedone for the season, and the 49ers have to do some soul searching to figure out what they want to do at quarterback.
22. Broncos3-5 (19): Abright spot in a season ravaged by injuries: rookieWR Jerry Jeudy had seven catches for 125 yards and a TDin a loss to the Falcons.
23. Lions 3-5 (20): TheMatt Patricia era continues to be a mess.
24. Bengals 2-5-1 (24): The Bengals felt decent about things during their week off in the wake of an upset of the Titans.

26. Patriots 3-5 (26): Nick Folk’s 51-yard FG as time expired lifted the Patriots to a win over the Jets.
27. Texans 2-6 (28): With one year remaining on his deal, J.J. Watt has made it clear he doesn’t want to be part of a rebuild next year when he’s 32.
28. Giants 2-7 (30): The Giants had five takeaways and hung on for a 23-20 victory overWashington.
29. Cowboys 2-7 (29): “Absolutely” and “unequivocal” were thewords VP Stephen Jones used to confirm coach MikeMcCarthy will return in 2021.
