BOCA RATON — Many new high-rise buildings have gone up in downtown Boca in recent years. Here’s a look at the city’s major construction projects that have helped build up the downtown.

Hyatt Place Boca Raton

Address: 100 E. Palmetto Park Road.

Number of units: 200 hotel rooms. Height: 12 stories. Status: Completed.

Boca City Walk

Address: 33 SE Eighth St. Number of units: 229 apartments. Height: seven stories. Status: Completed.

The Mark at Cityscape

Address: 11 Plaza Real South.

Number of units: 208 apartments. Height: 12 stories. Status: Completed

Palmetto Promenade

Address: 333 E. Palmetto Park Road.

Number of units: 378 apartments. Height: nine stories. Status: Completed.

Tower 155

Address: 155 E. Boca Raton Road.

Number of units: 170 condos.

Height: 12 stories. Status: Completed.

327 Royal Palm

Address: 327 E. Royal Palm Road.

Number of units: 25 condos. Height: nine stories. Status: Completed.

Camino Square

Address: 171 W. Camino Square

Number of units: 350 apartments. Height: eight stories. Status: Approved

Alina Residences

Address: 200 SE Mizner Blvd.

Number of units: 130 residences; 244 additional units will be added in phase two

Number of units: 366 apartments. Height: 11 stories. Status: Completed.

Mandarin Oriental

Address: 105 E. Camino Real.

Number of units: 89 condos, 164 hotel rooms and suites.

Height: 12 stories. Status: Under construction, expected to finalize near end of 2021.
